Refund & Return Policy

At Selvera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Depending on the condition and reason for return, we may issue a partial or full refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@selvera.co.uk with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you.
